A seasoned business owner himself, Bill understands the needs of business owners and is dedicated to providing the best service 365 days a year. With his primary goal customer service, he is often found leading the crews on the large commercial losses we respond to. Bill has many talents and holds his General Contractors License and many certifications from the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certifications (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration, Water Damage Restoration Technician/Applied, Advanced Microbial Remediation Technician, Odor Control Technician, Lead Abatement, Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning Technician, Carpet Repair & Reinstallation Technician, Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician, Carpet Cleaning Technician.
Beth Russell, Co-Owner
Beth Russell is the Co-Owner and President of SERVPRO of Taunton/Mansfield. Married to her husband for over 30 years—she dedicated her personal life to raising their three children whom all work at the family’s business now. And more recently Beth can be found enjoying her private time with their granddaughters. Professional speaking, Beth's role as President and leader of the company keeps her focused on the overall quality and growth of the company. However, her passion is to help others when they need it most and takes great pride in giving back to the community. Volunteering countless hours on a variety of associations, boards and committees throughout the region that support residents and businesses is a priority she takes seriously. A Graduate of Cape Cod Community College, Beth received her Bachelor's of Science Degree in Public Relations & Communications from Suffolk University.
Will Russell, Production Manager
Will is the Production Manager at SERVPRO of Taunton/Mansfield. He has been with us since 2008. Will has completed the SERVPRO Industries Employment Certification Training Program (ECTP): Crew Training, Fire, Water, and Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning. He also holds a certification from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IIRCR): Water Removal Technician.
Matthew Chapdelaine, Production Manager
Matt Chapdelaine is a Production Manager with SERVPRO of Taunton/Mansfield. He joined the company in 2016 and has completed the SERVPRO Industries Employment Certification Training Program (ECTP): Crew Training, Fire, Water, and Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning. Matt also holds a certification from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IIRCR): Water Removal Technician and is a graduate of Bridgewater State University. His decade of experience previously with a large retailer groomed Matt with a skill set that includes impeccable customer service. He can provide both great industry advice and empathy to our customers who have suffered a property damage.
Rodney, Assistant Production Manager
Rodney is the Assistant Project Manager at SERVPRO of Taunton/Mansfield. He has several years of experience and has completed the SERVPRO Industries Employment Certification Training Program (ECTP): Crew Training, Fire, Water, and Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning. Rodney also holds a certification from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IIRCR): Water Removal Technician.
Meredith Chapdelaine, Office Manager
Meredith is the Office Manager at SERVPRO of Taunton/Mansfield and most likely the person you will speak with about your insurance claim. Meredith has been with us since 2009 and knows first hand how to help make the claims process as smooth as possible. Meredith has completed the SERVPRO Industries Employment Certification Training Program (ECTP): Crew Training, Fire, Water, and Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning.
When a customer calls our office they most likely will speak with Colette so we thought we would introduce you to the face behind the voice on the phone. Colette is a very patient and caring person who also has a great sense of humor. She loves animals and often talks about her dog Tessler (named after the scientist and not the car). Colette has worked for many years in real estate and uses the extensive knowledge she has acquired in that field to better serve our customers at SERVPRO. We find this keen understanding of home ownership in conjunction with her newly established career as a perfect skill set to help make the claims process go more smoothly. Colette spends a great deal of her time working directly with our customers explaining estimates and processes, scheduling work or solving issues. She prides herself on completing the job file process and making sure the customer is satisfied. She is known for staying late to get what is needed to be done for the day and we thank her for such outstanding dedication to our company and customers.
Kristy is friendly and knowledgeable and truly cares about our customers. When you call our office, you may speak with Kristy and most likely she will be the one who asks you some questions to get a good idea of what you need. Whether it is a water or fire emergency service or a past water damage that has caused mold damage or something straightforward like carpet and air duct cleaning Kristy will take good care of you. When Kristy isn’t taking calls and scheduling appointments she helps keep the office running smoothly. A true team player, Kristy works wherever she is needed including our marketing and website department where her skills that she has learned in previous careers helps her to shine with our company. We love working with Kristy and think you will too!
