Raynham Meter Causes Extensive Water Damage

The flooring in this Raynham home has risen and buckled from exposure to a large amount of water damage after a water meter leaked a large amount throughout the residence. SERVPRO technicians arrived quickly and scoped the property to locate the migration path of the water. They found major seepage under the laminate floorboards and significant wicking into the walls which required controlled demo to halt any further damage from happening and open up the wall cavities for complete drying. The techs set up multiple air movers every few feet on the floor that now has the boards removed, as seen in the After Photo to dry the wet areas rapidly.
